YOUR DIRECTORS IN PARTICULAR MR H SCHMERLER HAVE TAKEN THE POSITION OF NOT MAINTAINING MY PROPERTY BOTH THE SHRUBS/BUSHES IN FRONT AND BACK ARE COVERED BY SECTION 5.01.2 OF THE COVENANTS MY ROOF IS LEAKING, THE ROOF REPAIR IS ALSO COVERED IN THE COVENANTS, FOR OVER A YEAR WE HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE .THE BOARDS ATTORNEYS NEVER RESPONDED TO MY ATTORNEY.
NOW THE BOARDS ATTORNEY IS RESPONDING MY ADVICE IS FIX MY ROOF AND CUT THE SHRUBS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO NOW!!!!
I HAVE LIVED IN SOUTH FLORIDA FOR 28 YEARS DURING THAT TIME I HAVE LITIGATED AGAINST OLD DOMINION INSURANCE CO V LEVY. (SEE) LEVY V,TRAVELERS AND THE GOVERNMENT OF PUERTO RICO EVERY CASE WENT TO THE APPELLATE COURT THE LATTER TO THE US CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS IN BOSTON. I WAS SUCCESFUL IN EACH OF MY CASES.
MY ATTORNEY WHO DOES RESPOND TO CORRESPONDENCE AND IS NOT AFRAID TO SUE ANYONE ESPECIALLY WITH DEEP POCKETS.
EVEN WITH MY FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES IT IS
MY INTENTION TO LITIGATE AGAINST THE BOARD INDIVIDUALLY AND IN THEIR CAPACITY AS DIRECTORS LEGAL FEES ARE ALREADY A PROBLEM ACCORDING TO THE BUDGET. I PROMISE YOU A LOT MORE.
